Thank you Doctor for your response. My major problem is that the foreskin has stretched and is bruised more so than the rest of my penis. This is caused by the difficulty in removing the control bands after intercourse. My penis enlarges in diameter during intetcourse.The control bands that I am using have the largest diameter available so I suppose the answer to the question is one that I really don't want to know and that is to discontinue having intercourse because I cannot get an erection without the device.
