Suggest Remedies For Anxiety And Stress

Question: Hi again!

My symptoms have shifted once again in my continual work through stress and anxiety.

Hopefully you can tell me if this can be a symptom...

Now it seems like every two hours i get intensely hungry. Like my stomach will just go from feelinh fine to intense grumbling and hunger pains in seconds and it comes with feeling anxious.

Like the stomach sensations triggers fear and feeling out if control.

I checked my blood sugar and according to the meter its perfectly stable in the 80s or 90s.

But my body is demanding food constantly or i feel awful.

I just cant seem to stay full even if im not actually hungry.

Could this be a classic symptom shift? A new manifestation of panic?

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It is a symptom of anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic again.

I have gone through the details of symptoms shift and can be stated that what you are experiencing is typical symptom of anxiety rather than panic disorder. When we do not allow to manifest the anxiety in usual way there are some related but different symptoms.

Hunger pain, feeling anxious, feeling that things are not under control and fearfulness indicates possibility of anxiety disorder symptom as other physiological mechanisms are unable to explain them in proper way.

I would say this is not classical symptoms and speaks volumes about your persistent effort to combat anxiety and panic disorder.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
