Question: dear sir,
i am suffering from BALANITIS prob, since last 1 week.

Redness of foreskin or penis
Other rashes on the head of the penis
Foul-smelling discharge

kindly tell me what should i do. i am in tens. shall i send photo copy of my balanitis skin.? if u ok for the same will send

i am not diabetic
for increasing sperm quality taking aurveidc medicine which is normal. in that ther is bacterial infection tablet also .

am sexually active but my partern have no any problem withvarginal dischare or itching.

no nay penile skin applied.

since last 4 days having problem frequently urination. took urimax D tablet and cefakind 250g for solving this prob. but after taking 1 lit water muze urine ho rahahai. i checked blodd sugar also, it is 105 fasing and 135 PP. ITS NORMAL BLOOD SUGAR .

since last 2 week i am not in contact with my wife.

dear mam shall i call u ? will let u know all.

Sertaconazole cream and fluconazole tablet

Detailed Answer:
Apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-14 days.
Along with it take tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly for 2 weeks.
The tablet should be taken after dinner on 2 days of the week like Thursday and Monday for 2 weeks.
