Suggest Remedies For Benign Skin Lesions Behind The Ears

Question: I saw 2 months ago something (2 of them) behind my ear but 2 days ago one of that started to be red and now it's under inflammation I would like to say. Do you have an idea what is that?

Both are benign skin lesions

I have see your report and both two lesions seems to be benign lesions.
They seem to be a skin tag and the biggest have change the color because the skin around it is tensed .
Not touch them and if they become umbilicated than better contact a dermatologist.
