Question: I am seeing boils and rashes in my body as posted in picture, please let me know what needs to be done

From today evening and there is light itching. It is mostly in back, I am finding hard to take a photo. Boils are very small and light itching.

Welcome back and thanks for posting your further follow up.
Considering and analyzing the attached picture it appears to be simple miliaria caused due to heat and humidity.
In such kind of cases I suggest my patients the following measures :
- Take two time bath.
- Avoid direct sunlight and avoid heat and humidity.
- Change garments for two times and wear cotton undergarments to be changed twice.
- Do not scratch or pinch or pop any of the areas.
Do cold compressions with towel soaked in cold water as soon as you feel irritation.
For the itching part I suggest my patients to apply calamine lotion( Dermocalm or venusia soft lotion) and take antihistamines such as Loratadine10 mg or des loratadine 5 mg (Tab Lorfast or Dazit or Lorinol ) for two to three times daily.
