Question: I have been treating a yeast infection for the last 3 days. The yeast seems to be gone along with the yeast smell, but the burning and itching on the clitoris is still pretty bad. Any suggestions.

Premarin or Vagi Fem cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You should immediately stop using soap on that area. Do wear cotton undergarments but do not use detergents with perfume. Similarly no perfumed tissue paper as they can irritate further. Stay away from all kinds of fancy perfumes, toiletries, no fabric softeners etc.

You can use Premarin or Vagi Fem cream apply them twice a day over the itchy area.

This should take care of it if the fungal infection is completely treated with anti fungal creams or pills.
