Question: My daughter (4 yrs old) is suffering from cold & fever from 2 days.
Please suggest me competible medicine for my daughter.

The fever could be due to Viral flu, Give her SYR. CALPAL 250 % ml if the fever is less than 101F 6 hourly. If the FEVER is above 101F then give her SYR. IBRUGESIC5ml 8 hourly. For Cold you can give her SYR. ALERID 5 ml 3 times daily. Taped sponging is must if the temperature is more than 101F. Keep the child well hydrated by giving more water and liquids. If fever persists for more than 3 days then consult the doctor immediately and get the investigations done.
