Brief Answer:
Following measures will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Most of the anal fissures can be treated conservatively. Following measures will be helpful.

1. Avoid constipation by taking high fiber content foods. You should also take plenty of plain water. Using stool softeners also helps. You can use non habit forming ayurvedic proprietary stol softeners like softovac daily.
2. Pour warm water on anal area before and after passing stools. This will relax the sphincter from further damage and decreases pain as well as helps in easy healing. Taking sits baths twice or thrice daily also helps in healing. This is done by soaking rectal area in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
3 You can apply GTN ointment or Diltiazem ointment locally also.
4. In case of infection there will be severe pain and bleeding and in such case you need antibiotics. For this you can approach a General surgeon or a GP.
5. If there is no response to conservative treatment then approach General surgeon or proctologist for surgical treatment.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
