Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Even slight blood stain in stool at this age is serious.
You need to consult with your Pediatrician as soon as possible. There are two possibilities infection or intusussception.
Only a clinical examination and ultrasound test will differentiate the two.
If infection, antibiotics are usually given.
If intusussception then saline reduction may be required.
I suggest you not to delay and take her immediately to your nearby Pediatrician.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.

Can it be a possibility that her anus part is injured coz of loose motions and blood is oozing out?? Coz the spot is lesser than the size of single sesame seed
Brief Answer:
Possible
Detailed Answer:
Possible but needs confirmation by clinical examination. But It is usually constipation that causes anal injury and bleed rather than loose stools.
