My daughter of age 3 years old got severe and continuous cough..please suggest

You can give her Syp LCF KID, 5 ml twice daily for cough.

If she has fever and other symptoms associated with cough, I would recommend you to take her to pediatrician for complete clinical evaluation and put her on antibiotics.
