Suggest Remedies For Dandruff And Hair Loss
Question: Sir,,, there is thin layer of dandruff in the middle area of head over a 4year,,, it's reasons for hair falling,,,I use tugain solution when I use it then it's reduce hair falling,,,but when I didn't I get the same result,,,, my hair become thin, it's leads to hair falling in more quantity,,,

To see visible effect, tugain has to be used for longer period ( continuously for 3 month at least) , so I would suggest you to apply as suggested by your dermatologist.
Apart from this I would suggest you to use ketoconazole shampoo like denfree or ketocip twice a week. And regularly use trichup hair fall control shampoo. Kindly follow this measures you should see improvement.
