Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You seem to have melasma which is brownish discoloration of sun exposed skin of face; malar area, nose and forehead.
I request you to kindly upload an Image so that I am able to guide you better. You may upload an Image either at "Reports Section" Or you may mail me at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as Attention:Dr.Kakkar.
You must use a broad spectrum sunscreen, during the day e.g Sebamed 50 spf sunscreen lotion Or Neutrogena spf 50 sunscreen. Use sunscreen, throughout the day, specially when outdoors. Reapply every 2-3 hours on all of face.
At night you may use a pigment reducing topical preparation e.g Aziderm 20% gel Or cream (contains 20% azaleic acid) over dark patches; rub it in. Alternatively you may use a 2% kojic acid cream e.g Kojic cream, twice daily.
These are prsecription products and I suggest you to use them under supervision of a dermatologist.
In addition to sun protection and pigment reducing cream you may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from a dermatologist near you e.g glycolic acid chemical peel is particularly useful for reducing facial hyperpigmentation.

Thanks a lot.
I have uploaded my recent photo in reports section.

Melasma/ facial melanosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank you. I have reviewed the Image. Yes it is melasma/ facial melanosis.
I would recommend sessions of yellow peel in place of glycolic peel. Sunscreen during the day and Kojic cream, twice daily, morning and at night.
Regards
