Brief Answer:
Melasma, triple combination cream & sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
I have reviewed the attached pictures and you are having melasma.
It is a chronic pigmentation disorder of the skin.

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing triple combination like tretinoin, hydroquinone and flucinolone acetonide on the dark patches at night along with a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.

This needs to be continued for 4-6 weeks but under doctors's supervision to monitor any side effects.
This is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.

Let me know if you've any further queries.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
