Suggest Remedies For Discolouration Of The Right Index Finger

Question: I'm south XXXXXXX male , 24 years old. I noticed some discoloration on my index finger on my right hand. There are some very light blackish lines that run along the nail. There are fainter lines on my right thumb finger and one faint line on my left index finger. I didn't think much of it. Then yesterday i read that that could be sign of something dangerous and now i'm anxious and can't seem to go about my daily activities. I would love some clarification on this issue.
Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached image and have found nothing unusual. The lines on the nail are absolutely normal and not a cause for concern. You need not worry about them. I understand what you mean by discoloration on your index finger but that too does not seem concerning. It could be due to a fungal infection. Application of Candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically should help in its resolution.
Let me know if I could help further.
Regards
