Brief Answer:
Bilirubin and SGOT are slightly elevated
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Both Total bilirubin and SGOT are mildly elevated and do not mean any significant problem. Seem to be due to mild infection of the liver that is affecting liver function. Most infections of liver are due to unclean drinking water.
For now I would recommend the following:
- Syrup Liv 52 1 tbsp 2 times a day for 1 month.
- Drink cleaner water of less than ppm 20 TDS. Drink lots of fluids.
- Hygienic and nutritious food
- Low fat diet excluding milk products like cheese, butter, sweets. chocolates etc
- Avoid any medicine that can be toxic to liver like pain killers, paracetamol, antibiotics, etc
Try the above for 1 month and repeat the test.
In case you develop yellowness of eyes or clay stools, please see a doctor.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
