Brief Answer:
It is indicative of alcohol induced increase
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
Your current level of AST and ALT are indicative of alcohol induced liver injury. Peculiarly in alcohol induced injury there is more elevation of AST in compare to ALT which is present in your case.
It ca be explained on the basis that your liver was damaged and repeated insult due to use of alcohol resulted in abnormal LFT again.
I must tell you that MDMA could be reason for abnormal LFT but the current pattern of AST>ALT is not in favour of it.
I hope this answers you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
