Question: I sweat a lot in the crotch area and have fissure type sores in my butt crack and now in the folds on my penis
I am using Recticare, baby powder, antiperspirant and keep the areas very clean. nothing is working.
taking HBP meds and Nexium

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have stated I suspect the cracks and soreness in butts and penis due to excoriation resulting out of excessive sweating and itching .

You need to consult qualified Dermatologist for clinical examination and treatment .

Using Meconazole ointment on butts and Neosporin ointment on penis would help to give relief from sores .
