Question: Hi MY Baby 2.5 Yrs she is suffering from fever like that 100 now I am seeing that on skin some red spot on body here is attached picture of red spot

I have seen the image. Fever with appearance of this kind of Papular rashes can be due to viral infection.
Here I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical evaluation. Giving paracetamol for fever and calamine lotion(to soothen the rashes) if there is associated itching will help.
I would like to observe the baby for progression or character of rashes.If rashes progresses further and there is formation of fluid filled lesions,it may be due to varicella infection (chicken pox).
I won't get overly worried if rashes won't progress as this may be due to some other viral illness which usually improves with conservative treatment.
