Your blood pressure is good in the morning, but you have high blood pressure in the evening. In this case we have two options:
1. Increase the dose of perindopril in the morning. At first 6 mg can be tried, if doesn't help then 8 mg should be tries.
2. Add a diuretic in the morning.

Ok increasing the dose of Perindopril in the morning.
It has also been suggested to me that I should drink more water daily, to 3 - 4 litres a day. Does this help?
