hello Sir, please find attached images. I am feeling difficulty in swallowing things. I am doing bitadine gargles at sleeping time. please advise.
Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from the tonsillolith not the follicular
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up question and images; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the tonsillolith not the follicular pharyngitis.
I would like to inform that tonsillolith or tonsil stones, are clusters of calcified material that form in the crevices of the tonsils. It may produce no symptoms, or they may be associated with bad breath, or produce pain when swallowing.
Vigorous gargling with diluted hydrogen peroxide each morning can also keep the tonsil crypts clear of all.
If the condition persists even after this then better to go for the tonsillectomy.
