Brief Answer:
details as follows..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your father..

Well frequent upper respiratory tract infection can be due to weak immunity status, but he is needed to be examined at first by an Internal medicine specialist to decide whether he's in need for any vaccination at all..

So you can take him to any of your nearest Superspeciality hospital and schedule an OPD appointment with any of the Internal Medicine Specialist doctor (mostly now a days every superspeciality hospital eg. Fortis. XXXXXXX , Apollo etc. has good team of doctors), so you can choose from their list(all of this are available online only, so you can choose right from your home) as per your convenience and get him checked for further evaluation..

Ongoing medication can be adjusted as per need and findings after examination and relevant investigations..

Let me know if there's any further queries..

Take Care
Kind Regards
