Suggest Remedies For Fungal Infection In The Armpit And Groin Area
Question: Hi My wife 32 years old has developed some infection under arms and near genital areas... i have asked about it here 10 days ago and I was recommended antifungal cream cltrimazole and beclomethasone. we have used this cream and also taken cetrizine tablet but situation has very little improved and now I can see small small acne.

Its looking like fungal infection however only topical treatment might not be sufficient.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal agents.
A combination of tablet terbinafine 250 mg daily once and ointment terbinafine to be applied twice daily for two weeks gives excellent response.
