Question: I need some over the counter medicines for A Gynacomotia? What medicines will you recommend?

To recapitulate: Male/52 - wants some OTC medicines for gynecomastia...
Gynecomastia is a condition in which there is development of the breast tissues in a male. This needs to be confirmed by Ultrasonography and FNAC whether gynecomastia or accumulation of fat only.
If this is proved to be gynecomastia, there are no medicines that can reduce or eliminate the breast development in males in any pathies like Allopathy, Ayurveda or so on.
Hence if you do not want it, surgical removal is the only way to remove it.
If it is fat collection, weight reduction, diet control and exercises can reduce fat in breast area to a great extent and one can go for surgical removal if needed.

Hello,
Sometimes I am sleeping and I am waking up like chocking or drowning. It happened like 2 months ago and this is the 4th time it happens. I work in a stressful place. Plus sometimes when I drinking water the water will go through my throat and I start like drowning needing to catch me breath. Plus I can't swim either. Any over the counter medicines?

I have one more question for you Sr. I need your advice.
I am thinking about buying the Carboxytherapy machine and use it for old and red stretch mark. It is a portable device. The item cost $430 dollars and I will performed the session with the help of someone else like me brother. Is it really worth it? Will I see significatibly improvements in my Stretch Marks? If I do like 12 sessions will I see any improvements? I searched in Google and some people have good results for the strech mark. Mine stretch marks are like 3 years old and some on them still red.
