I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Vertigo may occur due to vestibular involvement affecting inner ear at this age.

Is there any ear fullness, hearing loss, whistling or buzzing sounds in ear?
Duration of vertigo?
Any vomiting, palpitations, loss of consciousness?

For treatment in such condition I prefer Dizitac or Sturgeon plus twice or thrice a day.

Some vertigo exercises can also be done to get improvement in vertigo.

Lipid report is definitely abnormal and require continuation of treatment. Side effects of muscular pain may be seen in some cases.
