Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Such a rash is mostly due to intertrigo involving inflammation of skin folds. Petroleum jelly and zinc oxide can be used topically. To prevent or treat any super added fungal and/or bacterial infection topical clotrimazole or mupirocin can also be applied based on severity.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
