Brief Answer:
I may suggest Metformin in optimal dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Tab Walaphage and Glucophage contains Metformin.
Metformin help in reducing insulin resistance which is the basic pathology in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Tab Voglibose slows the absorption of sugar in small intestine.

In such scenario I may suggest Metformin 1500 to 2000 mg per day in divided doses considering normal kidney and heart function.
With regular medication one need to monitor blood sugar levels (fasting & post-prandial) monthly accordingly further changes in medications can be done.

Along with this I may suggest -
- Diabetic diet with consulting near by dietitian.
- Regular exercise as tolerated. Usually I recommend 150 min of moderated degree physical exercise per week.
- IInvestigations like HbA1c, Lipid Profile, Renal function test, Urine albumin creatinine ratio.

Hope this you.
