Brief Answer:
KOFAREST PD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Hoarse cough is due to bronchospasm.
You can give Sy KOFAREST PD for your kid, three times a day 7 ml each time.
Since you are in a village the chances of allergy and infection may be high and not a common thing for her at your original city of residence. In such a case I advice good amount of water, hot food, bottled water only.

If she brings out sputum often which is yellowish or greenish I would recommend to see a local doctor for prescription of antibiotics.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
