Question: Hi doctor,
my 5yrs son vomited 3 times in 2 hrs of time due to indigestion. he is still vomiting. what is the immediate step i need to take.? i just gave mefthal spas tablet to reduce his vomitings.
pls advice the next steps.

Alongside you may give some antiemetic like ondansetron. Meftal Spas is not the right medicine although the dicyclomine in Meftal Spas might help in reducing the colicky pain, if present.

I visited a pediac doc late night. they said its due to some dust or rust particulars which he swallowed somewhere. they gave antibiotech injection to stop vomitimgs. and ondem syrup if he still. vomits. he is fine.
