Thanks for the query and photograph.

It is appearing like an injury or insect bite leading to slight bleed under the skin causing discoloration of the skin.

I would like to know whether you have any symptoms like pain, itch or discharge from the involved area.
If there are no such symptoms you can just apply a moisturizer twice daily for a week and observe.
