Based on your description, it's most likely to be GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease). PPIs (Proton pump inhibitors) are more potent drugs than antacids alone. Gastro kinetics like domeperidone can be added to the PPIs for 2 weeks. Most likely the symptoms will improve with these medication.
