Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Good evening.
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your query & the given results of various tests done.
I can understand your concern. There's nothing to worry.
You have the following problems:
1. Iron deficiency anemia,
2. Fatty liver with gall bladder stone &
3. Right shoulder pain
Had you been my patient I would have advised the following treatment.
1. For the treatment of iron deficiency anemia- Oral iron supplements & Iron rich diet to increase your iron levels.
Take Ferrous sulfate or Gluconate twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
You'll have a blood test to check your haemoglobin levels
You should take iron treatment at least 6 months after your hemoglobin level becomes normal.
Generally, these medications are safe. However, some side effects like abdominal pain, heartburn, constipation, & black stools can occur.
Your diet should include iron-rich foods like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jaggery, Vitamin C containing foods such as fruits (which helps your body absorb iron). If you are a non-vegan, then meat, liver, fish & poultry are the best dietary sources of iron.
2. For the fatty liver and the gall bladder stone, which is of mild type you need to have certain life style modifications like:
1. Avoid alcohol and smoking if you consume/smoke.
2. Take fresh fruits as suggested earlier.
3. Avoid fatty meals, fast and junk foods, eat home cooked food.
4. Do regular exercise.
3. Regarding the right shoulder pain:
i. For how long you have been having this problem?
ii. Any history of trauma?
iii. What's your occupation?
iv. Any history of radiating pain to the arms, back or neck?
Kindly provide the answers so as to analyze your condition to give a valuable advice.
Thanks & regards.
