I have pcod issue. Irregular periods so I use to take meprate fr dispose periods.but this time I took mensovit plus .12 days gone still periods not yet started. Worrying wat to do now? Shall I take again meprate

PCOD is polycystic ovarian disease which cause increase testosterone levels in women with androgenic features and multiple small cysts in ovaries. Its one of the most common reason for irregular menses, especially oligomenorrhoea. you have to be placed on low dose oc pills with myoinositol supplementation with reduction in weight with exercise and diet and increasing your daily water intake .All these for 3-6 months have been advocated for treatment of PCOD.
You can take meprate but take it with an intention to start pcod treatment.

I had mensovit plus tablet but nearly 2weeks periods not yet disposed.if I take now meprate will it cause any problem?

mensovit plus alone is not a treatment. You may take meprate for 5 days and then withdrawal bleed shall start in next 5-7 days after ending the last dose of meprate.But the next menses may again be delayed due to PCOD itself , so you have to get pcod treatment done. Please share your ultrasound pelvis report and hormonal profile for further advise on treatment.
