Suggest Remedies For Itching And Burning Sensation During Urination

Question: Hello doctor My name is xxxxxxxx 23 male. for last 2 days i'm getting pain (burning) and little bit itchy while urinating.I attached my urine report. actually for last 4 days i'm feeling my total body is itching. I got very small two blisters on thighs and one is on genitial area. now a days i'm getting like these type of blisters disappeared after some days( like 2 or 3 days). Are they herpis ? i never had sex before why should i got hsv? i have been little bit sick since last week can you plz explain my all problems . 1) urine problem 2) itchy problem 3) blister problem

I have gone through your query and urine report. Urine report is normal. Herpes is not likely the cause if you didn't had sex or oral sex. There are minute chances of getting it by sharing common toilet with a infected person. Other possibility of such boil and symptom is chlamydia. this also spread sexually. Other cause is allergic from the soaps or from detergents you use for under garments.
It is better to do a culture of urine as well as urine test for chlamydia and herpes 1 and 2 test to rule out al these.
If still these are negative then also I would suggest taking 1 week course of Doxycycline which will cover most of the bacterial causes.
Take more plain water. Drinking cranberry juice and barley water is good also. Avoid soaps to wash the genital area. Instead use just warm water.
If you send the picture of blisters then it will be more helpful.

Thank you doctor. what is the use of doxycycline ? it is treated for what diseases ? Is any side effects of taking this? doctor if u don't mind can u suggest me healthy vitamin tabs for itching purpose and avoid little bit sickness without any side effects?

Doxycycline is an antibiotic which will cover most bacterial infections affecting genital area. This will even cover chlamydia and syphilis. There are no much side effect. Usual side effect is bowel upset. By taking probiotics or taking yogurt or kefir , bananas this can be cleared.
For vitamins you can take Becosules tablet 1 daily.
You can use cetirizine (zyrtec) 1 daily for 5 days for itching.

thank you doctor . can u tell me brand name for Doxycycline and dosage. (i mean either before meals or after and daily per 1 tab or twice ). similiarly how long i can take Becosules capsules for 1 month or else and dosage.

Becosules capsules you can take 1 daily for 1 month after breakfast. Doxycycline I usually advise Microdox lbx 100mg twice daily for 1 week. It can be taken after or before food (please get the necessary prescription from any local physician).
