I have scrub buttocks for one years and itchy and buttocks get black in some area. I just can't say this to local doctor as i don't know how to say. This problem starts mostly at night when i sleep and change cloths but then in morning i got more problem. I took medicine named ebast as it's a allergic medicine but not helped.

I used some cream and oil but that also not worked.

Can you suggest me any medicine or cream that will help ?

Brief Answer:
If you send a picture then it will be more helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful. Your problem can be most likely due to decreased moisturization or (dermatitis) irriation from chemicals like soaps you are using.
Avoid soaps for washing your buttock. You can use green gram powder instead. If you not liking it then you can use hypoallergic soaps like cetaphil in moderation. Using emolient creams containing liquid paraffin will be helpful. If this is not helping then a short course corticosteroid creams will be helpful. Potent corticosteroids like clobetasol can be used for this.
Take more plain water to get yourself properly hydrated also as dehydration of skin can make this worse.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like fungal dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

I have gone through your picture. It looks like fungal dermatitis. Using combination of anti fungal creams or ointments like miconazole and corticosteroid creams like hydocortisone for local application will be helpful. Also avoid skin to get dry by using moisturisers like emollient creams.

Remove the hair on the buttock folds by non irritating razors or shavers also.
