Suggest Remedies For Itchy Palms And Swelling In The Thighs

Question: a few days ago I had a hard time climbing stairs (never happened before) most of my joints (knees/wrist/shoulder) hurt. It subsided by morning but now I had itchy palms, swollen right thigh AND I have "bumps" on a few places on my head. I took a couple of benadryl (HCE25mg) assuming it was some kind of allergy. I did have OPEN HEART (valve replacement) 10 months ago.I also have had chronic psoriasis for several years. Have not restarted light treatments since heart surgery.

Involvement of joints can happen in psoriasis.
If possible upload a photograph of the bumps you have developed on skin.
