Brief Answer:
Possible acute illness...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

1. Feeling your chest to be weak and loss of appetite are signs of an acute illness, toy opinion. Most probably due to a common viral infection.

2. During such acute illness, stomach problems associated with hyperacidity like GERD are being aggravated. This explains why you are having the feeling of fullness.

I advise to:
- increase fluids intake with OTC ORS
- take simethicone for fullness feeling
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take antacids

If no improvement, a reevaluation by gastroenterologist should be done through upper endoscopy.

Hope it helped.
