Suggest Remedies For Lack Of Appetite During Pregnancy
Question: Hi Mam,
My name is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and I am 11 weeks pregnant.
I am having medicines Biopreg-F and Doxi something on a daily basis prescribed from XXXXXXX based gynae doctor. She also gave me Emeset if i feel like vomiting.
Doctor but the problem is that i dont like eating food like chapaati and all, i feel like that i will vomit even though i take Emeset. I dont know but i feel like vomiting. what shud i do?
my husband is really tensed.
my daily schedule in general is
Breakfast at 11 am: Bread/Toast with a cup of tea and one white ras gulla.
Pre Lunch: One glass of mixed fruit juice (Tropicana)
Lunch @ 2:30pm: Two chapattis with sabji. (but i feel like vomiting)
Snack @ 7 pm: Tea + Chips + Biscuits + Namken + Dosa
Dinner @ 10:30 pm : one chapatti and with dal and curry (but i feel like vomiting when i eat chapatti)

Ask her to have small meals at frequent intervals because in case large amount is taken at a time then she will feel indigestion and nausea.
Dry stuff like dry fruits and biscuits in between meals is also good.
Take cottage cheese chunks and pulses in the form of sprouts.
Chocolates and candies also help in improved appetite.
Till then keep taking medicines.
Doxinate will help you a lot
