Brief Answer:
Lactihep or Gerbisa
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
Considering his age and the description of pain it seems that he has root pains and Gabapentine 300 mg three times a day should help him relieve pain
Most analgesics and lack of ambulation due to pain also play a role in irregular bowel habits
Lactihep 15 ml twice a day or Gerbisa 5 to 10ml at bedtime may be tried along with high fiber diet
Hope this helps

Hello
Thanks for your reply and the medicines u have suggested. There is something else which I want to tell u. The sympoms which still persists are
1. Back pain- we got a waist Xray done. Do said might be possible slip disc.
2. Less strength in legs feels as if he will fall down. Length of step he takes while walking is 50mm approx. He swets a lot at times. Can this be because of hypoglycimia? As sugar level keeps around 90 to 100 at 7 o clock evening. His med was reduced to 0.5 diapride instead of 1 very recently. We got a CT scan head to rule out any possible paralytic attack. The report was fine. I will send u the same.
3. Another unexplained symptom is loss of appetite
and irregular bowel. Can low appetite be a result of hypoglycia? I think his diabetis medicine type and dose needs to be adjusted.
He does not have any other symptoms like fever etc. Rather all his CBC reports were normal. I know slip disc can be a big problem but can his appetite and bowel irregularity improve? Please suggest.
