Brief Answer:
Folliculitis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I read history and saw the photo you posted. After that I could conclude that most probably you may be having skin condition called folliculitis.

Folliculitis is a common skin condition in which hair follicles become inflamed. It's usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. At first it may look like small red papules around hair follicles.Sometime infection can spread and turn into nonhealing, crusty sores. So,you must take treatment immediately.

You consult the dermatologist for perfect treatment.

I would suggest..

- antibiotics like Cefixime 200 mg twice a day for a week
- antiinflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day for the next 2-3 days
- antihistaminics like Levocetirizine 5 mg daily if there is itching
- take bath with Dettol liq diluted in water
- apply antibiotic cream like Sisomycine cream

Have patience for the good result.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
