Question: Hi I have been haveing leg cramps at night ,last night was pretty bad. Had potassium checked and its ok. Also do stretches before bed .I have also tried quinine tabs

Muscle cramps may not be only sign of low potassium but also low calcium levels, vitamin D or magnesium. So you should check these too or take supplements of magnesium and calcium. Also, you should check your circulation in legs by doing doppler ultrasound.
