Question: I just found out I am pregnant! and I have been having a severe problem with low blood pressure. I have been checking it and it is much lower than normal. I have also been having an issue with feeling dizzy and it makes me get anxiety attacks because of it. I really need some help and assistance with this!! Please if anyone can offer some sort of advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your help.

Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have such symptoms in early pregnancy and are more common in patients who already have had such features earlier.
Take following precautions
- drink plenty of water and fruit juices
- don't get up from lying down position instantly and rather take side and then sit and then stand
- try to lie down on one side and not straight on back
- keep a pillow below your feet before lying down for sleep
- do deep breathing exercises in morning for at least ten minutes at a stretch.
All the best.
