Suggest Remedies For Lower Leg Pain, Severe Chills And Fever
A quick history from me, underwent radical robotic prostatectomy last March 2015. Post surgery test showed that the cancer was removed successfully no signs of any cancer cells in the margins of the removed prostate or in the lymph nodes that were removed. I have had three blood test, the last one two weeks ago, that all showed undetectable PSA. I feel good, I'm healthy, strong and eat good nutrition and exercise regularly, weights and cardio. I am 6'6" and weigh 225 pounds, my waist size is 35 1/2.
Infection spreading. Please consult your doctor without delay.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
You have an infection of the right leg and the infection has spread to your lymph glands in the right groin. Since the lymph node has appeared after starting of antibiotics, the antibiotic may not be sufficient to control the infection. Please see your doctor without delay. The doctor would examine you , do the necessary tests to determine whether you require a change of antibiotic or require other interventions like drainage if it has formed an abscess.
Delaying the consultation with your doctor can lead to spreading of the infection or it becoming worse.
I do not think that your present condition has anything to do with your prostate surgery.
Wish you a quick recovery.
