Suggest Remedies For Lumbar Stenosis And Arthritis
Question: I have lumbar stenosis and arthritis. I am in constant pain. I have tried injections and radio frequency ablutions. I am desperate for help. I am bed ridden most of the time, deeply depressed and having a genitalia muscle spasm that I don't understand. Any advice?
