Brief Answer:
Stress and depression should be addressed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Stress and depression disorder is a common feature in people who suffer from psoriatic arthritis, and symptoms you describe are more likely to be related to this possibility.

Another possible explanation of your situation may be anemia, and it is necessary for blood tests to evaluate it.

Mild cognitive disorder, or impairment is considered to be a intermediate condition between normal aging and dementia.

Depression also is a feature of mild cognitive impairment too, so, in my opinion, anemia should be excluded by tests and stress together with depression are the issues that need to be addressed.

It is necessary to consult a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist and to discuss about further treatment for depression.

Besides duloxetine, other drugs and counseling may be necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
