Brief Answer:
You need to get ECG as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain on left side of chest at 50 years or above can be due to heart problems. It is serious issue and can not be taken lightly. I would recommend you to go to ER as soon as possible and get ECG. If their is any changes suggestive of heart issues then you will need urgent treatment.
Along with this I would also suggest you to take Aspirin or Brufen immediately. It will not only relieve pain but also dilute thrombus.
Thanks
