Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description the wound appears to be infected. The yellowish , leaky discharge should be sent for culture sensitivity testing ad systemic antibiotics should be commenced. A good option would be amoxicillin clavulanate or ampicillin plus cloxacillin. If penicillin allergy is present then a macrolide like clarithromycin can be advised. It would be advised to clean the area with dilute povidone and keep it open to air for half an hour before applying local antibiotic creams.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
