Suggest Remedies For Pain And Burning Sensation In Vagina
Question: I had what we think was an allergic reaction to a lubricant that had propylene glycol & parabens in it a few wks after being treated w flagyl for BV. So now it seems to be like a contact dermatitis in the vagina. Other than taking probiotic , wearing loose clothing, changing all my personal products to fragrance free/paraben free/PG free etc & sitz bath, is there anything else i can do to help heal?or meds youd recommend?
Its been a month & im still having some pain, burning (tho milder now overall) & sensitivity.

Brief Answer:
Candid B ointment advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, sorry for the delay in response as I got struck in some emergency surgery.
You need to apply Candid B ointment twice a day for at least 7 days and continue all the precautions as you are already taking.
In case it still doesn't resolve of worsens then get back to me for further step in management.
Take care
