Brief Answer:
penile injury after traumatic sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Pitstop and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

Your symptoms are typical of penile injury, during traumatic intercourse.

You should have a review with your Urologist.
Tell him about the painful erections.
You may notice swelling and discoloration of skin, around base of penis.

After careful examination,a test called penile doppler scan, should be done.
That will show the extent of injury in the depth of the penis.
Based on that, Urologist will decide,if conservative or surgical treatment is needed.

Conservative treatment is only medical treatment, given till swelling subsides.
Surgical treatment is an operation, where the injury is repaired with surgery.

Send me the photos of the injury over the penis.
Also, a copy of the doppler scan.

Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
Anti-inflammatory tablets should be enough.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Pitstop,

It's good you sent those pictures.
None of those, show a severe injury, as you seemed to convey, in your question.

The penis looks mildly inflamed.
Anti-inflammatory tablets should be able to resolve your problem.
Avoid intercourse, till the pain subsides completely.
It may take up to one month or so.

Wish you well.

Shoud i ice ir heat the area to get the inflammation to go do i see to get nughtly erections that dont let me heal all the way is there any meds i can get perscribed so i dont get them until i heal all the way ...why does it hurt when i sit and drive a car all day foe work???
Just pressing the brake and gas all day is slightly painful..the injury is on the rigt side of my penis and all braking is done with the right leg...
Is there any anti inflammatory prescription cream i can get from a doctor like a cortisone or steroid cream that will help heal it faster... or a shot directly into the inflamed area ...

Brief Answer:
Nocturnal erections are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Pitstop,

You'll feel relieved, if you take rest from your driving for a few days.

If you're taking oral anti-inflammatory tablets,it should suffice.
There's no need for a local cream.

Nocturnal erections are normal. There're usually 3-5 erections at night.
There's the early morning erection, which may affect you the most.

You're welcome to ask any doubts you may have.
Wish you good health.
