Question: I have a UTI i believe and enlarged prostate. Much pain when I urinate. Should I be taking benedryl?

Well, Benadryl is antihistaminic medication and this is not used for UTI or prostate enlargement since these are not allergic disorders. UTI should be treated with antibiotics,raspberry tea and fluid intake. Prostate requires specific medications. For pain,you can take nonsteroid painkillers or paracetamol. Wish you good health.
