Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits, and bananas.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Please mention how long you have been having such a pain. Also mention if there are any other associated symptoms. The pain from under the tongue to the chest is likely to be due to a muscle pull (muscle spasm). I would insist you to take some juicy fruit like citrus fruits, or banana as they contain plenty of potassium which would help in proper functioning of the muscles and would help in relieving the spasm. Also take plenty of water to drink. Hot compress may provide relief.
Feel free to write back.
